RESIDENTIAL ACADEMY
Our Residential Academy is in the dream stage: a place where kids will can come for a week or a weekend, sleep over, learn aeronautics, science, technology, math and engineering, and make lifelong friends. Several efforts to make it a reality have been unsuccessful because of changes in circumstance of the intended sponsors. Our friends at the Florida Air Museum (Sun 'n Fun) have given us the drawings for their Tom Davis Educational Center, a very simple, functional and comfortable facility, with permission to use them for our own Academy building. The obstacle, of course, is money. So, sincere nonprofit seeks philanthropist for creation of lasting facility and program for generations of young people.
